I realised it isn't the going down that is important it is the bouncing back! One thing that we can be certain is that life is challenging and it is a normal part of life to go down sometimes, but the issue is how long we stay down. Sometimes it is making small changes that can make a big impact. Since doing the course I have made sleep a higher priority and it has improved my energy levels. I am intentionally trying to be more mindful. I highly recommend the course. If you apply what Helen is teaching you, your life will be richer and more meaningful.
