I realised it isn't the going down that is important it is the bouncing back! One thing that we can be certain is that life is challenging and it is a normal part of life to go down sometimes, but the issue is how long we stay down. Sometimes it is making small changes that can make a big impact. Since doing the course I have made sleep a higher priority and it has improved my energy levels. I am intentionally trying to be more mindful. I highly recommend the course. If you apply what Helen is teaching you, your life will be richer and more meaningful.

Clinical Nurse Specialist

A registered nurse with over 25 years of experience - twenty of those in the area of mental health. Helen holds an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Mental Health) and a Masters in Health Science and is a member of ACNEM (Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine) and AIMA (Australasian Integrative Medicine Association). She is trained in DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy) and in life coaching. Helen has been curious about the effect that nutrition and diet has on mental health and her course content deeply reflects both her passion and her desire to educate and inspire others.
